    Shotgun (lots of ammo out there)

    Silenced SMG (accurate in close quarters plus quiet...until the silencer burns out)

    Kukri (tool and a weapon, although I wouldn't count on any of these weapons to ice a zombie)

    Claymores (perimeter control)
